These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the websites, platforms, services, and payment portal operated by Ignited Minds Edutech Pvt. Ltd. (“IME”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our services or making a payment through this portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About us & these terms

Ignited Minds Edutech Pvt. Ltd. operates a connected ecosystem of academic and technology platforms covering research publishing, mentorship, book & ISBN publishing, events, media, and AI tools. These Terms apply to every visitor and registered user. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services or make a payment.

2. Definitions

• "Services" means any product, subscription, program, publication, event, or tool offered by IME or its platforms.
• "Portal" means this payment and fee-collection website.
• "User" / "you" means any person or institution accessing our Services or making a payment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the Services under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorised institutional representative. By using the Portal you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to make the payment concerned.

4. Services

Our Services include, but are not limited to, journal and article publication, peer review, ISBN book publishing and distribution, research and thesis mentorship, conference and event registration, magazine subscriptions, and access to research and accreditation tools. Specific deliverables, timelines, and eligibility criteria for each Service are described at the point of purchase or in a separate agreement.

Publication and review Services are subject to editorial and academic evaluation. Payment of any applicable fee does not guarantee acceptance, indexing, or a particular outcome, which remain subject to independent review.

5. Fees, payments & taxes

• All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless specified.
• Payments are processed through our third-party payment partner, Razorpay, over a secure, PCI-DSS-compliant gateway. We do not collect or store your full card or bank credentials.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and authorise us (via Razorpay) to charge the amount shown for your chosen Service.
• A payment is confirmed only when we receive successful settlement confirmation from the payment gateway.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Delivery of services

Digital and physical deliverables are provided in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Portal and our platforms are owned by or licensed to IME and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without our prior written consent. Rights in works you submit for publication are governed by the relevant publication or author agreement.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Portal, including by attempting unauthorised access, submitting fraudulent payment information, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or interfering with the security or operation of our Services.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Service.

11. Third-party links

Our platforms may link to third-party websites (including other IME platforms). We are not responsible for the content or policies of external sites; your use of them is at your own risk.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Ignited Minds Edutech Pvt. Ltd..

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
